Working with Susan Rich
The Fine Print of working with a copywriter & editor
You’re in business to tell a story and that story is what sells products and builds your reputation.
It doesn’t matter if your company is large or small, a multi-national empire or a home business about to outgrow your kitchen table:
I can help.
If you need website writing, newsletter articles, a case study or an advertorial, I’m at your service.
If you hate to write, or just don’t have the time, I offer a stealth writing service — perfect for bylined articles, columns, and blogs.
If you want to do it yourself, but need tips on how to become a better business writer, ask me about 1:1 consultation or group training sessions. Check out my Write it Rich!™ series.
How long does it take?
If your goal is to have letter-perfect, customer-grabbing copy, know that such perfection can’t be achieved in an hour.
A lot depends on the size of the project. Web content and article development can take a few days to several weeks.
Basic editing and proofreading is a slow process, and one that shouldn’t be rushed. It’s much better to buy an extra hour than scrap an entire print job.
Payment
I prefer to bid on jobs once I understand the scope of work. Call for a free consultation. Ask about special offerings and services.
You will be asked to sign a contract. A 50% start-work fee is required on all new accounts. Payment is due when you receive the invoice (either online or snail-mail); a $15 late-fee is charged to balances due past 30 days. Please ask about payment plans.
I accept cash, checks, and PayPal.
